Payment Types

  • Accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and JCB payments from customers worldwide.

Pets

  • no pets allowed

Deposit

  • 30% of total (which includes Security Deposit) at time of booking
  • Balance 30 days prior to check-in

Cancellation Policy

  • 100% refund (less a $150 Administrative Fee) if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
  • No refund if you cancel less than 60 days before check-in unless we can re-let the property.

Damage and incidentals

You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.

House Rules

  • Children allowed
  • No pets
  • No parties
  • Social gathering is fine, no stags or stagettes
  • No smoking
  • Max guests: 12 (due to Covid-19; $25 fee/person/day for more than 12)
  • Minimum age of primary renter: 21
    • 21 years and under please contact owner
  • Also note:
    • NO shoes/boots/ski/snow board boots in house, please take off at either door.
    • There is a $25 fee tack onto cleaning fee for garbage removal, do not leave any garbage outside, make sure its tied and left in laundry area.
    • All empty cans and bottles, to be rinsed and left in original boxes, DO NOT put empties in garbage bags – too heavy. $50 fee if not rinsed and left in original boxes.
